To find out the status of your subscription, please follow the above links and contact the publisher. You will find publisher customer service phone numbers to call. You may also search for the magazine or publication by entering it on the search feature on the left hand panel of this page.

Also check where you placed your order and contact the company directly. This information is available in your credit card statement.

The delivery schedule for most magazines is as follows:

4-6 weeks for weekly subscriptions. These are titles like People Magazine, US Weekly Magazine, Time Magazine and Sports Illustrated.

6 - 11 weeks for bi-weeklies and monthlies subscriptions. These are magazines like Rolling Stone Magazine, Maxim Magazine, Oprah Magazine, Cosmopolitan.

10 - 12 weeks for bi-monthly and Quarterly magazines.
